Current Policies:

• Unpaid units will be locked after 20 days.

• Late fees will be enforced after 5 days.

• If you have a change of address, phone number or email please notify us as soon as possible.

• When paying by check please include unit number in memo section and note if you would like a receipt.

• If you are on the sale list only money orders or cash will be accepted.

• If you are behind on payments contact us early to see if we can come up with a payment plan for you. If you wait until the last minute we will not be able to help and your unit will be sold.

• Parallel parking only is allowed (no backing up to doors).

• Whatever you bring in to the unit goes out with you. Do not leave trash or objects you don't want outside of building. Violators will be prosecuted.

• The dumpster on site is not owned by Montec Inc. and is not for tenants' use. It is privately owned and if you get caught depositing items in it you will be prosecuted.

• We accept credit/debit cards, checks, money orders and cash.
